Bikelife culture is known for its impressive array of stunts and tricks performed by skilled riders. Here are some common stunts and tricks often associated with Bikelife:
-
Wheelie: One of the most iconic and common stunts, a wheelie involves lifting the front wheel off the ground while maintaining balance and control. People can perform wheelies at different speeds and angles, including high-speed wheelies and "slow wheelies" where the motorcycle or bike is almost stationary.
-
Stopping: Involves lifting the rear wheel off the ground while using the front brake to stop in a controlled manner. More experienced people can perform the stoppie by adding other variations such as "stoppie circles" in which braking no longer occurs parallel to the direction, but the rear of the motorbike is turned by pivoting on the front wheel.
-
Burnout: it is a common stunt which consists in making the rear wheel of the motorbike skid while keeping the front brake pressed, creating clouds of smoke due to the overheating of the wheel.
-
Circle Wheelie: a circle wheelie is performed while making a circular motion. This requires precise throttle control and balance to maintain the wheelie during sharp turns.
-
No Hands: As the name suggests, a hands-free wheelie is performed by taking your hands off the handlebars, balancing the bike or motorcycle exclusively with the position of the body and the pressure on the footrests.
-
No handbrake: probably one of the most complex and admired tricks, in which the driver has his feet on the saddle, no longer having control of the brake and relying exclusively on his ability to maintain balance to avoid backsliding.
-
Drifting: While not strictly a stunt, drifting involves intentionally sliding the motorcycle's rear wheel through turns. Experienced stunt riders can perform controlled drifts.
These are just a few examples of the many stunts and tricks performed by Bikelife riders. It's important to note that performing stunts can be dangerous and should only be attempted by experienced riders in controlled environments with proper safety gear and supervision.
